In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and assisting them with our wide range of telecommunications services.

Your fluency in French will be vital as you help clients navigate technical issues, billing questions, and service inquiries. Your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction will directly contribute to our mission of excellence in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services
• Assist customers with technical support, service setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Educate customers about our telecommunications products, packages, and promotions
• Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service offerings
• Stay informed on industry trends and updates in telecommunications technology

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications, is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
