French speaking Customer Service role in Greece - incl. Relocation package

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers through various communication channels, delivering support and solutions to inquiries. Your fluency in French will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Address inquiries regarding products and services promptly and accurately
• Record all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve customer issues
• Educate customers about product features and benefits
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial
