Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French through email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with inquiries related to platform features and tools
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to address and resolve client issues
• Guide clients on best practices for utilizing the platform for content creation
• Engage in regular training to stay updated on platform changes and enhancements

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the online or content creation sectors
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to providing high-quality customer service
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
