As a French Speaking Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing client emails, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our services. Your fluency in French will play a crucial role in effectively communicating with our customers and enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer client inquiries and support requests via email in French
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

  • Offer comprehensive product information and assistance as needed

Requirements
