French Speaking Gaming Community Support Agent

If you are a gaming enthusiast with a passion for providing excellent customer support, we want to hear from you. This role will enable you to connect with players and help to create a vibrant and supportive gaming community.

As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking players by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering community engagement. Your expertise in the French language will be essential in delivering a positive player experience and ensuring that our community feels heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to French-speaking gamers through various communication channels (email, chat, forums).
• Engage with the community by monitoring inquiries and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Collect player feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve gaming experiences.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating community events that enhance player interaction.
• Identify trends within the community and raise significant issues to the appropriate teams.
• Remain knowledgeable about the latest developments in the gaming industry and community interests.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must. Your nationality and native language should be included in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A deep passion for gaming, with familiarity across a range of gaming platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service or community management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an initiative to assist users proactively.
• Comfortable using various digital communication tools and technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
