French Speaking Online Platform Support Agent

You will play a vital part in ensuring our French-speaking users have a seamless experience on our online platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through our platform's features. Your expertise will contribute to high customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers through email and chat support.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Offer insightful guidance on platform navigation and functionality.
• Keep a detailed record of customer interactions for further reference.
• Work collaboratively to improve support processes and escalate difficult issues when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and support tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in online support or technical customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and provide practical solutions.
