As a Travel Customer Support Associate, your key responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, assisting with bookings, and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise. Your proficiency in French and passion for travel will enable you to enhance our clients' experiences and provide them with the best possible service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with French-speaking customers regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers throughout the booking process and provide guidance on travel-related questions
• Effectively resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, or modifications
• Document customer interactions accurately within our internal systems
• Work closely with various teams to continually improve customer experience
• Provide information about the range of services and travel options available through Booking.com
• Collect feedback from clients to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
