Your Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat concerning their bookings.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and any inquiries to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Share your travel expertise to guide customers on various destinations and Booking.com offerings.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance your travel knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
