Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to our French-speaking VIP clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored responses and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to swiftly resolve any client issues or inquiries.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of product offerings and high standards of service.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in VIP customer service or similar roles.
