Fresh Grad Hire - Management Trainee (US Market News Center)
- Monitor and analyze the US stock market to identify the day's most significant news and stock movers.
- Create clear, concise, and engaging content that translates complex market events for a global audience.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to innovate and improve content formats for maximum impact.
- Have the opportunity to transition into covering cryptocurrency news and participating in fundamental US stock research.
- Contribute to strategic projects aimed at establishing Futu/Moomoo's news platform as a market-leading voice.
- Engage with internal teams and external sources to ensure content accuracy, depth, and relevance.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional English proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension) is a must.
- Fluent business Mandarin proficiency: Ability to confidently deliver professional presentations in Mandarin (required for cross-team alignment and leadership updates).
- A genuine passion for financial markets, investing, and a desire to stay ahead of trends.
- Strong logical reasoning aptitude, and a proactive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An outgoing, energetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- This role requires occasional night shifts.
This person will be based in Hong Kong and will require travelling to Shenzhen office.
