Frontend Team Lead

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers in designing and developing high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of frontend development and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze software requirements
• Design and develop modern and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and user experience guidelines
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries such as React or Angular
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
