The Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack. This is a true end-to-end role where you’ll own meaningful parts of the system — from backend services and APIs to frontend experiences used by real customers globally.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-quality, reliable systems in a fast-moving environment.

Team You’ll Work With:

Fleet Ops & Operational Systems: Focuses on vehicle status, car ordering, car access, and operational workflows. True full stack ownership (roughly 50/50 backend and frontend) Slightly more frontend and mobile-leaning, with a strong emphasis on user experience Ideal for engineers who enjoy building customer-facing workflows and seeing direct product impact

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Node.js and React
• Own features end-to-end — from backend services to frontend user experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers
• Participate in architecture and design discussions for new systems and enhancements
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Debug and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)
• Solid proficiency in React and modern frontend practices
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Experience using version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, structured debugging mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  

Work Setup

• Hybrid model: Work from the Bangalore office Tuesday to Thursday
