Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on real-world products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems as much as crafting clean, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and APIs
• Build responsive, user-facing interfaces and reusable UI components
• Convert design mockups into high-quality frontend code
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
• Manage databases and ensure smooth, reliable data flow
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Software or Full-Stack Developer

• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development

• Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL

• Proficiency in React.js or React Native

• Strong understanding of API integration (RESTful services)

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ownership mindset with a reliable, proactive, and collaborative attitude
• Candidate based in Lagos only.

Benefits

Salary Range: ₦450,000 – ₦650,000 monthly
