As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling robust digital products across both frontend and backend technologies. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role suited for an experienced engineer who enjoys owning systems end to end—right from architecture and development to deployment and optimization. You will work on a diverse range of digital initiatives, including custom web applications, integrated platforms, and business-critical tools, either independently or in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications across varied business and technical use cases.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to define system architecture, integrations, and technology choices.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, databases, and server-side logic alongside dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment workflows.
• Lead assigned projects from planning and estimation through development, testing, and production release.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use issue-tracking tools to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to internal development standards and guidelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, delivering complex, production-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js (with exposure to React or Angular).
• Deep backend experience with PHP (Laravel) and Node.js, including API design, authentication, and database architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, relational databases, package managers, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with modern styling and UI optimization tools such as Tailwind CSS and SASS.
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging production systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and mentor others effectively.
