Full-Stack Developers (Junior to Senior Level)

LMW is seeking talented and experienced Full-Stack Java Developers on behalf of our client, IBM, a global leader in technology and consulting services.
We are looking for professionals at both Junior and Senior levels to join IBM’s dynamic development teams and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative, enterprise-grade software solutions.

In these roles, you will work on complex, high-impact projects within IBM’s ecosystem. Senior-level candidates will also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding junior developers and ensuring technical excellence across the team.

Responsibilities:

Junior-Level Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end Java applications.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.

Senior-Level Developer:

• Lead and mentor a development team through all project phases.
• Analyze functional requirements and manage task allocation among team members.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices, architecture standards, and project timelines.
• Liaise with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of Java development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Java Technologies including J2EE, Spring, XML Parsing, JDBC, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Relational Databases (SQL Server) and ORM layers (Hibernate).
• Strong experience in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• University Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• (For Senior roles) Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
