We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. This is a unique opportunity to own the architecture and implementation of a platform at the intersection of Web3 and consumer experiences. You’ll work across the stack — from frontend to backend to infrastructure — while helping define the technical culture and trajectory of the company.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of new product features across a Next.js frontend and Go-based backend
Operate and evolve our GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure for scalability and reliabilityBuild high-performance APIs and distributed microservices in Go + PostgreSQL, with a focus on SQL optimization and cachingArchitect and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Move) on Ethereum and Sui, with security and robustness as top prioritiesEstablish engineering best practices for code quality, observability, testing, and performance from the ground upPartner closely with the founding team on product strategy, architecture, and roadmap
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and Kubernetes
Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategies
Strong skills in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservices
Crypto-native mindset with smart contract development experience (Solidity on Ethereum, Move on Sui)Bonus: Strengths in performance tuning, observability, and tooling
