This role is ideal for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-performance applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You will play a key part in designing and developing cloud-native solutions, microservices-based architectures, and end-to-end features across both frontend and backend systems. The position requires deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript, along with strong experience in designing distributed systems and microservices. Based in Pune, this is a full-time opportunity that allows you to work on impactful engineering challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of robust, reliable, and production-grade applications that drive business growth and digital transformation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript.
• Build scalable microservices and APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging various AWS services.
• Implement best practices for application architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry standards and design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance overall system efficiency.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend platform capabilities as required.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high engineering standards within the team.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
• Ensure microservices communicate efficiently and support a distributed, fault-tolerant environment.
• Implement security best practices for both backend and frontend applications, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics, using cloud and APM tools to maintain system availability.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve platform performance and developer productivity.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across full-stack development with strong command of Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of building and deploying microservices-based architectures.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, or similar.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs, backend logic, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system-architecture skills.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment environments.
• Solid grasp of frontend concepts such as state management, UI architecture, and component-driven development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality features on time.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to effectively discuss technical concepts with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
