We are an integrated end-to-end logistics solution, making it seamless for freight forwarders, shippers, eCommerce platforms, and small merchants to transport goods in a fast, reliable, and cost-effective manner. As we scale and expand into new markets, we are looking for Software Engineers to focus on delivering secure, scalable and integrated logistics experiences. A DAY IN A LIFE

Participate and contribute in a team practicing agile scrum- Build and ship high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter and React- Translate product and UX designs into polished, responsive user interfaces- Integrate client applications with backend APIs- Execute test-driven development and ensure application reliability- Keep performance, security, and scalability in mind- Share and document knowledge as part of your daily workflow- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex logistics solutions- Evangelize strong mobile and frontend engineering practices- Be an awesome team member of the Teleport Product & Technology tea

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Required-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building production mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining production apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Solid understanding of client-side state management and API consumption
• Strong understanding of Git, including branching and merging strategies
• Experience working in agile teams with CI/CD pipelines

Good to have

• Experience with design systems or reusable component libraries
• Familiarity with mobile and web performance optimization
• Experience with crash reporting, analytics, or monitoring tools
• Experience working on large-scale or consumer-facing product
