In this role, you will be both a technologist and a consultant. You will create lasting impacts for clients by forging trust, solving complex problems, and innovating technical solutions. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE? 

You will own delivery tasks as part of the technology implementation team for our clients. Depending on your client or project, your typical day will vary as you uncover new challenges and progress throughout project phases. While all consultants develop specialized knowledge as they progress with Credera, you will initially be broad in your focus. Your activities may include, but are not limited to:  

  • Work within the Software Development Life Cycle as an engineer or analyst
  • Collaborate with your team to identify solutions that solve our client’s unique needs
  • Research software libraries, frameworks, and tools and contribute to solution design
  • Attend and facilitate daily meetings with project team and key stakeholders
  • Learn from subject matter experts and incorporate feedback into your work
  • Develop pipelines and models to support client needs 
  • Incorporate and promote technical best practices across all client projects 
  • Participate in and drive product demos for client managers and executives 
  • Communicate complex thoughts and solutions in a succinct manner during meetings, presentations, and via email

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Passion for solving complex problems with a foundational knowledge of programming and coding skills, such as C#, C, C++, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React.js, XML, SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or other relevant language or framework
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Informatics, Computing, and/or related field of study
  • Proven academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.2) 
  • Demonstrated leadership across academic projects, student organizations, or other extracurricular activities
  • Ability to combine practical business knowledge with development skills 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States 
  • Must be willing to relocate to a Credera office location to begin your career
  • Must be willing to travel based on project assignments (10-50% on average)

While Credera has offices across the U.S. and the globe, we will be hiring campus talent for our Dallas, Houston, and Chicago markets with limited opportunities available in Denver and Atlanta. Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. You'll collaborate with your project team to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person connection, delivering outstanding results for our clients. The Why: In-person engagement is essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. It fosters trust, encourages learning, and helps us grow as consultants and professionals. 

Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%. We take a personal approach to travel by considering your submitted preferences when assigning roles.
