Fullstack Team Lead (Hands-On Engineering)

You’ll lead by example: mentoring engineers, shaping architecture, and writing production code around 60% of your time. If you love building things that matter and helping others grow, this is your kind of role.

👨‍💻 What you’ll do

• Lead a small, product-focused engineering team (2–5 people)

• Stay hands-on across the stack — backend in Node.js, frontend in React + TypeScript

• Deliver end-to-end features: from design and implementation to production

• Shape team culture, technical direction, and development practices

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into real, user-facing products

• Set standards for architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability in production

Our tech & workflow

• Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Redis, Docker, AWS/GCP (cloud-native)
• Practices: CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, unit/integration testing
• Tools: GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma, Jira
• Process: Agile, lean, and collaborative – small teams with full ownership

🔎We’re looking for someone who

• Has 5+ years of experience in fullstack, backend, or frontend development

• Is strong in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and comfortable with Docker / CI/CD / cloud

• Has prior experience leading or mentoring engineers

• Takes ownership — from first commit to production

• Enjoys solving real product problems and improving how things are built

• Is fluent in English (Czech is a plus)
