🔧 What You’ll Learn & Do

(We train you step-by-step)

• Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance

• Learn safe troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics

• Perform safety inspections and follow best practices

• Provide professional, friendly service in customers’ homes

• Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites

• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers

• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work

• Follow all safety procedures

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude (required)

• Dependable, responsible, and punctual

• High motivation — this role transitions to performance pay

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to work Saturdays after training

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in construction, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or general labor is helpful—but not required.
