🔧 What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial garage doors.

• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure repairs meet top safety and performance standards.

• Document all work—notes, photos, and diagrams—to support efficient follow-ups.

• Maintain strong communication with customers and teammates, always providing top-notch service.

• Identify customer needs and offer thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations.

• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism at every job site.

• Continuously grow your skills and knowledge to stay sharp and industry-ready.

✅ What You Bring to the Team

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).

• Experience in garage door installation/repair (preferred).

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders.

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and customer service abilities.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Adaptability, accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
