We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Non Ferrous team in Hamilton, ON from Monday-Friday 7am to 3.30 pm.. As a labourer(sorter)you will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

What you’re responsible for:

Receiving, sorting and organizing different types of non-ferrous metals
Weighing and tracking the material using the RECY system
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting with torch cutting when necessary
Preparing shipments and receiving equipment using a forklift
General maintenance in and around your work area

Qualifications

To join our team:

You have previous experience operating a forklift
You have previous experience in metal recycling or an industrial environment
You are comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
You are physical fit and able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
You are able to work well in a team and on your own
