This role offers the opportunity to handle cases from inception through resolution, either through settlement or trial, in a fully remote environment. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver top-tier legal counsel, while leveraging your expertise in general liability law. The position provides exposure to complex litigation, strategic risk assessment, and collaborative problem-solving, allowing you to make a tangible impact on clients’ outcomes. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced legal setting.

Accountabilities:

Manage a varied caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:
