Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the Riverside Golf Club, ensuring a seamless and quality experience for all members and guests
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, enhance member retention, and increase revenue streams
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, development, and respect
- Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback proactively
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute club events and activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Effectively market the club and attract new members through promotional strategies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the golf industry.
- In-depth knowledge of club management, operations, and golf programming.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building effective teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
