Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address any inquiries or concerns, and provide thorough information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to share insights and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to further develop your knowledge and skills!

Requirements

• Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in English is a bonus!
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
