Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute significantly to building strong, lasting relationships with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide expert assistance in answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices for use.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
