• Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and online chat, offering timely support.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service practices.
• Participate in professional development sessions to further enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please state your native language and nationality.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
