This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while enjoying the beautiful backdrop of Greece.

Your Role:

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers.
• Become familiar with our client systems to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies tailored for remote work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work (remotely) while being open to occasional travel to Greece if required.
