Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a remote opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent supporting Booking.com, based in beautiful Greece! Join our team and provide exceptional service to our German-speaking clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve bookings issues, and ensure a seamless user experience with Booking.com. Your fluency in German is essential to delivering high-quality support and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking inquiries, cancellations, and issue resolutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers in utilizing the Booking.com platform effectively
• Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and services

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with remote work tools and technology is advantageous
