Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services.
  • Guide customers through account management, transaction processes, and product features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, products, and services to offer accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
