This role blends exceptional customer service with recruitment responsibilities, allowing you to engage directly with customers while actively contributing to talent acquisition efforts—all from the stunning backdrop of Greece.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a delightful experience.
• Engage in recruitment activities by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
• Understand client needs thoroughly to connect them with the most suitable talent effectively.
• Manage customer interactions through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and effectively identify the best candidates.
• Document all customer interactions and recruitment processes accurately in our CRM system.
• Keep updated on the latest trends in customer service and recruitment to continuously improve your skills and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is crucial; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or recruitment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both customers and candidates.
• A multitasker with strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries and recruitment activities efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software for documentation and communication.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to work remotely from Greece while enjoying the rich cultural experience it offers.
