Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive services
• Assist clients with service bookings, product information, and troubleshooting issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries
• Educate customers about available automotive products and services
• Gather feedback from clients to help enhance service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is required
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred
