Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and warranty claims effectively.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer precise solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product launches and advancements in consumer electronics to provide relevant advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and informative manner.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to Greece for the position and work flexible hours as required.
