Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on banking options, investment services, and financial planning.
• Assist customers with technical issues, account access, and transaction inquiries.
• Resolve client complaints efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
