In this position, you will assist clients in navigating their payment inquiries, providing support entirely in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to payment solutions, transaction issues, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information about our payment products and services, helping customers understand their options.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting transaction problems and resolving technical queries promptly.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in payment solutions to provide current and relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the payment solutions or financial services sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
