This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about health technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to health technology products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to health technology products and services, including usage, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting options.
• Assist customers with account management, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company products to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the health technology or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care and satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and experience with electronic documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
