In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert email support to our esteemed German-speaking clients. Your principal duties will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage email correspondence from German-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer queries while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Exceptional written communication abilities with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in customer service or email support is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Capability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
