As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will serve as a vital link between the gaming community and our team, addressing player inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing community engagement. Your proficiency in the German language will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our German-speaking players.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking gamers through numerous platforms, including email, chat, and forums.
• Monitor community channels to respond to player inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect and analyze feedback from players to facilitate improvements in game features and community dynamics.
• Support the planning and execution of community events to foster player interaction and satisfaction.
• Identify and report significant trends or recurring issues within the community to inform internal teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of gaming industry developments and community preferences.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Please include your nationality and native language details in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A demonstrated passion for gaming, with familiarity across multiple gaming platforms.
• Experience in customer service or community management is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
