German Speaking Gaming Community Support Agent

If you are a gaming aficionado with a passion for assisting others, this position is designed for you. In this role, you will be the essential link between our gaming community and our dedicated team, ensuring that players have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Your main responsibility will be to provide support to our German-speaking players by responding to their queries, resolving issues, and actively engaging with the gaming community. Your proficiency in the German language will be key to creating an inclusive environment for our players.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to German-speaking gamers across various channels (email, chat, forums).
• Engage with the community by tracking inquiries and addressing player concerns efficiently.
• Collect player feedback to assist in refining game features and improving community experiences.
• Contribute to the organization of community events that enhance player interaction and enjoyment.
• Identify trends and significant concerns within the community and relay this information to the relevant teams.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential. Please include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for gaming, with familiarity across various gaming platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service or community management is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to user support.
• Comfort with using digital communication tools and technology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
