As a key member of our support team, you will be tasked with responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting users in effectively utilizing the platform. Your efforts will be crucial in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers through email and chat communication.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and accurately.
• Assist customers in navigating the online platform and maximizing its features.
• Document interactions with customers to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with your team to enhance support processes and address complex queries.
• Engage in continuous learning about the platform and product offerings for improved customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• A background in customer support, particularly in online or technical environments, is preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to help clients.
• A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn within the role.
