German Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is looking for a proactive German Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly, providing effective resolutions.
• Keep detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the service desk platform.
• Offer guidance and support on product usage to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Participate in training opportunities to stay up-to-date on product offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
