German Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any technical issues they face with our products and services. Your customer-focused approach will be essential to ensuring a positive and efficient support experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
• Help customers understand product features and guide them in using our services effectively.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference in our support system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.
• A genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a supportive work culture.
