Maintain and update as‑built network data following new construction projects and network modification works, ensuring high data quality and adherence to agreed timelines.
Update and manage topographical data, ground levels, and physical assets (markers, accessories, equipment, etc.).
Verify the XYZ positioning of network infrastructures, prepare field measurement files, interpret survey results, and update the central database accordingly.
Produce schematics, layout drawings, scaled maps (1:10,000), and detailed technical plans.
Follow up on projects within the Data Management domain and ensure consistency of deliverables.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding as‑built data updates.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer within the team by maintaining training materials, procedures, and work instructions.
Collaborate with Asset Data Experts to improve internal applications, tools, and data management processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics / Surveying, Geography, or Geology (preferred).
Initial professional experience in a similar GIS or data‑oriented role is an asset.
Strong interest in or knowledge of field measurement techniques.
Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), relational databases, and geospatial technologies is a plus.
Languages:
Native proficiency in one national language
Good working knowledge of a second national language
Strong attention to detail, with an analytical mindset and good synthesis skills.
Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
