Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to play a critical role in developing Glider’s core product. You will build end-to-end features, work with cutting-edge crypto technology, and contribute across the entire DeFi stack.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, end-to-end features for Glider’s flagship product.

- Solve complex problems related to declarative trading and vertical solutions using creative, well-architected approaches.

- Work across backend infrastructure, onchain interactions, and frontend Web3 UX to ensure seamless integration.

Experience

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.

Technical Skills

Web3: Viem/Wagmi, permissionless.js/pimlico, SIWE, ZeroDev Kernel Smart Accounts.

Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), GCP, AlloyDB, Axiom, Sentry, and Python-based solvers.

Frontend: Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix UI, Zustand, react-spring, Vitest, Synpress.

- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, innovative environments.

- Deep passion for crypto and DeFi, with a desire to push the boundaries of onchain technology.
