What We Are Looking For:
Bandwidth is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. This position is on the front lines, helping to identify the next exciting company we'll target as customers.
What You'll Do:
- Generate new, high-quality sales leads for Asia, with a core focus on India & Philippines.
- Leverage tools such as Demand Base and LI to review and identify high-intent accounts for outreach.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders in Operations, IT, and or Customer experience to generate interest through cold discovery calls, email campaigns & video outreach.
- Adopt an outcome-based approach, tailoring our value propositions to deliver metrics for key stakeholders
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Directors using a pre-set qualification criteria
- Understand Bandwidth's global products and services
- Strive to achieve a clear set of performance metrics and goals that are measured on a weekly/monthly basis
- Work as part of a successful, high-energy, and driven global sales team
- Work with a close-knit team of talented sales experts who will challenge you and support you in your professional growth
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met
- Use and maintain the Salesforce.com system according to Bandwidth’s standards
What You Need:
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with excellent time management and organisational skills
- A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
- Proficiency in core business tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach, & Linkedin
- A hunger to gain Sales experience
- Be excited by technology and the value it delivers globally
- Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling into offshore markets
- Experience in working in India / Philippines and an understanding of the cultural nuances, such as local communication styles, business etiquette, and regional buying behaviour
- A background in outsourcing or contact centre operations
- A background in the Telecommunications industry
