Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Industry Director – Transport to lead IFS’s global strategy, positioning, and market impact within the Transport sector. The role spans major trasnport segments, including airport operators, ports and terminals, water transport, rail, and transit organizations..
You will define the global transport strategy, strengthen IFS’s competitive posture, and drive strategic net new wins. This role combines deep transport domain expertise with strong commercial, strategic, and executive communication skills. You will serve as a global thought leader and orchestrate cross functionall execution across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Partners.

Qualifications
12–15+ years of transport industry experience, with strong exposure to enterprise software/SaaS.
Proven experience operating at a strategic or executive level with C-suite engagement.
Strong commercial acumen and competitive awareness across global manufacturing markets.
Ability to influence across regions and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Partners, and Marketing.
Excellent executive communication, thought leadership presence, and global stakeholder management, leadership presence, and global stakeholder management.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.

This is a global position. Location is flexible within major IFS regions. Travel is expected to support global customer engagements and internal alignment.
