Accountabilities

Oversees multiple, cross-functional and technical projects.

Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business stakeholders.

Align project priorities and service improvement timelines.

Maintain service reporting dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.

Ensure timely updates and completion of operational reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
