In this global, remote-first role, you will spearhead initiatives that drive high-level customer architecture and internal solution development. Your contributions will play a vital role in advancing cybersecurity solutions while collaborating across geographies. This highly technical position allows you to manage global community knowledge and lead the development of innovative cloud-based solutions. You will have the opportunity to work from home while connecting with partners and clients to deliver impactful results.

Accountabilities

Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions.

Manage and optimize knowledge and Intellectual Property across the global Prisma Cloud community.

Educate and engage with the Prisma Cloud community and customers on service delivery.

Identify target customers and market opportunities to optimize customer platforms.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and customer success.

Assemble automation assets for delivering automation services.

Travel for internal meetings, pre-sales support, and customer engagements as required.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience.

Minimum 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire commitment.

Proficiency in automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.

Fluent in containerization and orchestration engines (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm/Openshift).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
