You will be in charge of defining and adjusting HORSE’s risk management framework, covering risks across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, industrial control systems (ICS/OT), and the automotive supply chain. This includes aligning with industry regulations and standards such as TISAX, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 27001, NIS2, ISO 22301 and/or GDPR.
You will oversee cyber risks in industrial environments and data center operations, ensuring the implementation of security controls based on globally recognized frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑82, and other relevant automotive and industrial security standards.
Finally, you will be contributing as a team lead and an operational partner, reporting directly to the HORSE's Global CISO.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record as a Governance, Risk and Compliance manager, Risk Management Lead, or similar role, with strong technical background in various IT security technologies, including infrastructure, applications, data, cloud and network communications and risk regulations / frameworks like TISAX, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 27001, NIS2, ISO 22301 and/or GDPR.
Outstanding staying up to date with the very latest updates about security threats and solutions, strong management and organizational skills.
Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, environments, coupled with a collaborative mindset
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
